• フォーキャストの作成、申請　（主に年に3回程度）/Forecast creation (3times/year)
• 実績管理、分析、戦略計画/ Record, Actual management, Analysis, Strategic planning
• 月次差異レポート、月次報告、四半期レポート/Monthly variance report, Monthly report, Quarterly report

• クライアント年間PO 60件 + Ad hoc PO月10件程度/ Handling PO number 60/Yearly, Ad hoc 10/monthly
• JLL年間PO 10件＋Ad hoc 年間10件程度/ Handling JLL PO number 8/yearly, Ad hoc 10/yearly

• Regional Finance Manager へのレポート/Report to regional finance manager
• クライアントへのレポート/Report to client
• 関連の会議への出席、チームへの共有 /Attend the regular finance meeting, Share to the team

• 監査、税務等依頼事項の対応/ Response to audit, tax issues
• PC, 携帯電話の手配/Arrangement of PC and cell phone for IFM team
• 人員管理/People management

• 経理財務実務経験3年以上
• PCスキル（OUTLOOK, Excel, Pivot, 関数, Word, PPT） 
• 英語力 TOEIC700点以上目安 （チャット、メール、電話、会議）

• 外資系企業経験 
• USCPA、日商簿記１級、２級
