Hospitality and Internal Events Manager

Hospitality and Internal Events Manager is the primary lead for programs and events in a specific venue onsite. They coordinate the set-up of the event, management of the event vendors and serve as the primary client liaison. The Internal Events Manager is responsible for providing exceptional client experience through proactive communication and high touch hospitality focused service. This role combines creative vision with meticulous execution to create memorable moments that strengthen our company culture, foster collaboration, and elevate our brand reputation through thoughtfully designed experiences. They must demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with proven experience as an event planner or organizer.
- →At least 4-8 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, event planning or related fields.
- →Prior successful experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- →Strong knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance. Exposure to project planning.
- →Professional oral presentation and writing skills required.
- →Prior experience in effectively handling multiple projects/demands.
- →Proficient computer skills, knowledge of G-suite tools & ability to learn new technology quickly.
