Responsibilities

  • →Safely operate and maintain facility systems in compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
  • →Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.
  • →Monitor building equipment performance, record operational data, and make adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency.
  • →Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • →Conduct facility inspections, identify potential hazards, and support adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
  • →Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors to ensure quality and cost expectations are met.
  • →Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed.
  • →Additional Duties as assigned by Engineering Management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical trade or HVAC/refrigeration trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work safely using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Physical ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift, and perform overhead work regularly.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Universal Technician Certification for CFCs, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Experience working with computer-controlled building automation systems.
  • Knowledge of thermodynamic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Trade school education in HVAC, electrical, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience coordinating with outside contractors and service providers.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

71,500.00 – 85,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
