The Project Coordinator position supports project management teams by facilitating communication, managing documentation, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project delivery.

• →Assist project managers with day-to-day administrative project tasks
• →Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and capture minutes
• →Monitor project timelines and track deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• →Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and spreadsheets
• →Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• →Process purchase orders and manage project-related expenditures
• →Support quality control processes through documentation and tracking

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with project management software tools is desired

• Time management and ability to work under deadlines
• Basic budget tracking and reporting
• Meeting facilitation and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
