Project Lead - Electrical

As a Project Lead - Electrical at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical, aspects of Data Center/Mixed Use Development This role requires strong technical expertise combined with project management skills to ensure successful delivery of MEPF services within scope, budget, and timeline.

• →Lead electrical design and installation activities for Data Center/Mixed Use Development
• →Review and validate Electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
• →Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of Electrical systems
• →Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress
• →Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, RFIs, and change orders
• →Develop and manage project schedules for Electrical works
• →Perform cost analysis and budget management for Electrical components
• →Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• →Participate in client meetings to discuss technical requirements and provide expert advice
• →Manage commissioning and testing of Electrical systems
• →Prepare technical reports and documentation for project handover

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in Electrical engineering with specific focus on Data Center/Mixed Use Development
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, p in commercial environments
• Knowledge of building automation systems and energy-efficient design practices
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards
• Proven track record of successful MEP project delivery
• Experience with MEP coordination tools and BIM software

• Professional Engineering license or certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with sustainable building practices and certification processes (LEED, WELL, etc.)
• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Experience with construction management software

• Technical expertise in Electrical systems for Data Center/Mixed Use Development
• Project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting MEP systems
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy-efficient design

• Occasionally required to work outside normal business hours to accommodate project schedules
