Shift Lead

• →Lead and supervise shift technicians during operational shifts
• →Conduct shift handovers and maintain operational logs
• →Monitor BMS, EPMS, and critical system performance
• →Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities during shifts
• →Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
• →Perform rounds and inspections of critical equipment
• →Execute and verify completion of maintenance tasks
• →Ensure compliance with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
• →Communicate with Plant Supervisor on operational status and issues
• →Train and mentor shift technicians

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in data center or critical facilities operations
• 2+ years in lead or supervisory capacity
• Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills under pressure
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant technical certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Thai and working knowledge of English
