Shift Technician

• →Monitor and operate critical facility systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, electrical distribution)
• →Conduct routine inspections and equipment rounds
• →Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• →Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues
• →Document activities in CMMS and logbooks
• →Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work protocols
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of technical areas
• →Support commissioning and testing activities
• →Report equipment abnormalities and incidents to Shift Lead
• →Participate in ongoing training and skills development

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field
• 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations
• Experience with data center or critical infrastructure preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Good problem-solving and manual dexterity skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic English communication skills
• Safety certifications (e.g., working at heights, confined space) advantageous
