Talent Acquisition Advisor - SEA & ANZ

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from needs intake to offer acceptance—for key roles across SEA & ANZ, applying a consultative, client-first approach akin to B2B sales.
- Partner with Hiring Managers as a strategic advisor to understand business goals, define ideal candidate profiles, and co-create compelling value propositions.
- Lead JLL’s Early Careers strategy across the region: manage campus partnerships, represent JLL at career fairs, and design engaging outreach campaigns that convert students into future leaders.
- Proactively source passive and diverse talent using creative, data-informed techniques—treating every search like a targeted sales campaign.
- Monitor competitor hiring trends and market dynamics to advise stakeholders on timing, positioning, and compensation strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain robust talent communities for critical and emerging roles, ensuring JLL stays ahead of demand.
- Master and champion JLL’s TA tech stack—including Workday, HireEZ, and HireBuddy Hiring on Demand—to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize automation for high-volume hiring (e.g., Early Careers, internships) while maintaining a personalized candidate journey.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate insights through dashboards and reports to inform hiring decisions and forecast resourcing needs.
- Automate employment contract generation to accelerate time-to-hire without compromising compliance.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador—articulating JLL’s culture, purpose, and employee value proposition with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns that attract both volume hires and niche specialists.
- Promote our employee referral program and track engagement metrics to boost internal advocacy.
- Deliver a seamless, memorable candidate experience—because every interaction is a moment of truth for our brand.
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings—with exposure to professional services, real estate, finance, or consulting preferred.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and closing diverse talent in fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws across SEA & ANZ markets.
- Experience running campus recruitment or early careers programs is highly desirable.
- Sales DNA: You think like a talent acquisition expert but act like a closer—resilient, persuasive, and results-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- High proficiency in ATS platforms (especially Workday) and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc.).
- Strong organizational agility—able to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive under pressure.
- A growth mindset with a passion for innovation, DE&I, and continuous process improvement.
