You'll play a critical role in helping Tricon secure profitable commercial projects by preparing accurate, competitive estimates from concept through bid submission.

Responsibilities include:

• →Prepare quantity take-offs using OST and QuickBid
• →Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• →Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• →Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• →Prepare RFIs and bid packages
• →Analyze labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs
• →Participate in bid strategy meetings
• →Coordinate successful handoffs to Project Management
• →Maintain complete estimating documentation
• →Conduct post-project reviews to improve future estimating accuracy

We're looking for a seasoned estimator who enjoys solving complex challenges and takes pride in delivering accurate, competitive bids.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience
• Experience estimating:
• Commercial drywall
• Metal framing
• Acoustical ceilings
• Insulation
• Specialty wall and ceiling systems
• Experience bidding projects exceeding $10 million
• Strong blueprint reading and quantity take-off skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
