Part-time English Teacher Position

The position we are offering

📘 English Teacher
📅 Starting September 2026
📍 Paris, 15e arrondissement

You will join a dedicated team of educators committed to nurturing curiosity, academic rigor, and student well-being in a truly international environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Teach English Language and Literature at middle-school and high-school levels (IGCSE, possibly AP)
• Contribute to the development of engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and student agency.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to foster interdisciplinary learning.
• Participate actively in the broader life of the school, including meetings, projects, and extracurricular activities.

What we are looking for

✅ Native fluency in English.
✅ Degree in English literature or language or related field (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred).
✅ Teaching qualification and relevant classroom experience.
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✅ Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural community.

💡 A plus:

• International teaching experience.
• Familiarity with APs (Language and Composition, Literature and Composition) and GCSEs
  
• Familiarity with inquiry-based or bilingual education.
