Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6)

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings & weekends.
Job Summary:The Camellia Center Program Coordinator oversees and coordinates program(s) that further the mission of the Center.
Additional Department Summary: Implements the Center's mission through student education, campus prevention and outreach, engagement, and volunteerism related to interpersonal violence (sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, trafficking, etc.). Provides supervision of student staff and volunteers. Provides center assessment and communications/marketing activities as related to center role. Completes required training and promotes a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace. Has personal accountability for financial reporting and responsibility for establishing, enforcing, and following internal processes and controls as outlined in UA policies and procedures. Holds student staff accountable for completion of required training.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate sound judgment. Strong human relation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Robust communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work with various groups of people. Demonstrates commitment to supporting all students.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in an area such as higher education, education leadership, public health, health promotion, communications, human development and family studies, social sciences, or a related field. One (1) year of related work experience. Experience in violence prevention, health promotion/education, program planning, leadership and/or mentorship development, community organizing, and volunteer management. Experience working with and supervising college students. Experience with campus and community resources. Teaching/training experience with adult learners.
