This role supports the delivery of data-driven products and solutions for internal and external customers.
You will manage transactional, batch, and self-service requests while ensuring accurate and timely outputs.
The position combines data processing, quality validation, customer requirements analysis, and operational problem-solving.
You will work with customer engagement and sales teams to clarify requirements and resolve potential data or quality issues.
The role offers exposure to data manipulation, ETL processes, SQL, Python, and operational scheduling tools.
Success requires strong attention to detail, service orientation, organization, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote opportunity that follows US working hours and provides an opportunity to build foundational experience in global data delivery operations.

  • Process and fulfill batch orders and service requests within defined service-level agreements and turnaround times.

  • Perform pre-validation checks and collaborate with customer engagement and sales teams to clarify requirements and address anomalies that could affect output quality.

  • Validate system configurations, data extraction, cleansing, and validation activities against customer requirements.

  • Review and process work requests using internal tools, ensuring all specified requirements are accurately addressed.

  • Process high-quality input data to support strong matching rates and reliable customer outputs.

  • Produce accurate reports and deliverables within required timelines to support customer decision-making.

  • Investigate and resolve data-related concerns before outputs are delivered to customers.

  • Respond to queries and complaints promptly and ensure issues are appropriately addressed.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant products, business processes, and domain requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and process effectiveness.

  • Follow documented procedures and contribute to process and documentation reviews.

  • Monitor and achieve defined KPI targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.

  • Support migration initiatives and data-related activities using appropriate programming and data manipulation techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or an equivalent discipline, with a strong academic record.

  • 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates with relevant technical and analytical capabilities may be considered.

  • Strong coding and programming fundamentals, with experience or knowledge of SQL and Python.

  • Familiarity with ETL, data manipulation, Unix, or similar technologies is desirable.

  • Basic knowledge of Autosys or other job scheduling tools is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with credit bureau products or offerings is beneficial.

  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy and service quality.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with an organized approach to investigating and resolving issues.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

  • Good planning, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Willingness and ability to work US shifts and collaborate with teams across different time zones.
