Analytics Lead, Full Stack

This role sits within a Growth Analytics team focused on international expansion, business performance, and product optimization.
You will help build the analytics foundation required to launch and scale new markets, beginning with Australia and supporting future expansion.
The position combines hands-on data analysis with strategic business problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
You’ll turn complex datasets into clear insights, experiments, dashboards, and recommendations that influence growth and profitability.
Working closely with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, you’ll help teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
You’ll also mentor junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics practices across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role with a demonstrated record of delivering business impact.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous field such as statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of consumer lending and credit, including lending economics, portfolio performance, and credit metrics.

• Experience supporting international lending markets, particularly in Europe or APAC, is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to balance growth objectives with profitability and develop data-driven strategies.

• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience performing statistical analysis using Python.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize an analytics roadmap, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated curiosity and growth mindset, including hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar assistants to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Risk, Commercial, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.

• Comfortable working through ambiguity, identifying core hypotheses, and developing practical solutions to complex problems.

• Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts.

• A collaborative, humble, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute beyond individual responsibilities.
