This role supports business immigration matters for large and emerging organizations, their noncitizen employees, and their families. Working under attorney supervision, you will prepare and manage employment-based immigration-benefits requests while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The position combines hands-on casework with client communication, program support, and mentoring responsibilities. You will handle complex immigration petitions and applications while staying current with evolving laws, regulations, policies, and industry trends. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to technology-driven improvements and automation within immigration services. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues across a global environment while developing your expertise and taking on increasingly complex responsibilities.

  • Prepare and submit timely immigration-benefits requests under attorney supervision for corporate clients, noncitizen employees, and their families.
  • Draft complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and adjustment of status applications.
  • Review the work of more junior Business Immigration Analysts and provide guidance, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Respond to client inquiries by email and support reporting, data requests, and ongoing account needs.
  • Contribute to client program management and take ownership of special projects as required.
  • Train junior team members on US business immigration processes and best practices.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws, regulations, policies, and industry trends to maintain current knowledge.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to improve service delivery and the client experience.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in both individual work and team deliverables.
  • Apply analytical thinking and data-driven insights to support conclusions and decision-making.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute practical insights and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, adapting communication styles to build strong professional relationships.
  • Actively seek feedback and professional development opportunities to strengthen capabilities and address development areas.
  • Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and applicable business conduct standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with US employment-based immigration matters.
  • Strong knowledge of business immigration processes, including employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
  • A paralegal certificate or university degree is considered an asset.
  • Strong interest in developing skills for a technology-driven work environment and adopting new tools to improve immigration services.
  • Ability to manage complex matters with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and information to support sound conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members while contributing effectively to collaborative teams.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional improvement.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across multiple matters.
  • Comfort working in a remote, hybrid, and globally connected professional environment.
