The Channel Services Integration Lead will shape and execute the strategy for integrating services across the partner ecosystem and customer lifecycle.

You will define end-to-end service journeys, identify gaps, and develop practical plans to improve processes, tools, policies, and commercial outcomes.
Working with architects, IT teams, business leaders, and external partners, you will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Define and advance the go-forward channel services lead-to-cash strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and partner needs.

Map and document the end-to-end services partner journey and experience, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve processes.

Lead gap and impact assessments across programs, partner experience, tools, processes, policies, discounts, margins, and related business areas, developing clear disposition plans.

Gather channel services requirements at the EPIC level and collaborate with service architects, IT architects, and business leaders to validate priorities.

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories in partnership with service architects and pillar leads.

Lead design sessions with business, architecture, and IT stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions address channel services requirements.

Plan, lead, and monitor testing activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes with minimal defects.

Develop and coordinate change-management activities, including content creation, impact assessments, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.

Partner with external implementation resources to incorporate change impacts and maintain alignment throughout transformation initiatives.

Establish a consistent communication cadence with key stakeholders across services, leadership, networking, and related teams.

Engage distributors and resellers to communicate updates, present proposed designs, gather feedback, and strengthen partner adoption.

Present initiatives and developments through partner-facing and internal webinars and other communication channels.

Develop data-driven analyses, business models, and performance metrics to evaluate execution, optimize resources, and connect business plans to financial value.

Manage multiple large and time-sensitive initiatives while maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements

Typically 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, business planning, operations, finance, technology, or a related functional discipline.

Advanced university degree required, such as an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.

Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner operations, and services-related business models.

Strong knowledge of networking services and the ability to understand how technology, processes, and partner requirements interact.

Proven experience developing and executing strategic business plans and translating them into actionable programs.

Strong analytical and technical analysis skills, including experience with data manipulation, Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

Ability to use research, market data, and emerging analytical techniques to identify trends and develop creative, evidence-based recommendations.

Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational initiatives with measurable financial and commercial outcomes.

Excellent project and program management capabilities, particularly when leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
