This is a remote opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to turn timely ideas into impactful content.

  • Create platform-native content: Conceptualize, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos using agile production workflows and modern creative tools to respond quickly to cultural moments and emerging trends.
  • Represent the brand on camera: Serve as an authentic, confident, and engaging spokesperson and storyteller across social channels, bringing personality and credibility to brand communications.
  • Monitor cultural trends: Track digital subcultures, online conversations, platform trends, and audience behaviors to identify timely opportunities for relevant, creative brand participation.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with internal creative teams, social media and public relations specialists, business stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver coordinated, high-quality content.
  • Develop recurring content formats: Contribute to ongoing social series and refine existing formats to translate brand narratives, product features, and business priorities into engaging audience experiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Follow established brand guidelines and creative standards while bringing fresh perspectives and innovative executions to social content.
  • Coordinate approvals: Work with legal, brand, and production stakeholders to navigate review processes efficiently and ensure content remains compliant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Apply platform expertise: Stay informed about TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms, adapting creative approaches to changing algorithms, formats, audience expectations, and engagement patterns.
  • Balance speed and quality: Prioritize competing projects, respond to real-time opportunities, and manage production challenges while maintaining strong creative judgment and execution standards.
  • Support social strategy: Help bring broader social media plans to life through audience-focused storytelling, experimentation, and content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement.
