This role provides cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support for high-impact and complex procurement initiatives within a major government health agency. You will support the full acquisition lifecycle, from planning and solicitation through evaluation, award, and post-award administration. The position requires strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and senior stakeholders. You will contribute to complex competitive and non-competitive procurements while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high-quality documentation. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-driven work with direct implications for public health programs. It is well suited to an experienced acquisition professional who can work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Provide comprehensive cradle-to-grave acquisition support, including acquisition planning, solicitation development, source evaluation, contract award, and post-award administration.
Draft, review, and maintain acquisition documentation in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency policies, and applicable procedures.
Maintain complete and accurate contract files in eFile and ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
Support complex source selection strategies and procurement actions involving contract types such as Time and Materials (T&M), cost-type contracts, GWACs, and MACs.
Collaborate closely with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), program teams, and other stakeholders throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Provide guidance and acquisition support on complex, high-visibility procurements while maintaining strong attention to compliance and documentation.
Review and address acquisition-related inquiries, directing matters to appropriate federal personnel when required.
Manage multiple acquisition activities, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
Support required acquisition systems, reporting, and documentation processes to ensure efficient contract administration.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, procurement, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience managing complex and high-visibility federal acquisition actions.
Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal acquisition processes.
Proficiency with PRISM, UFMS, and other federal acquisition and contract management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
Ability to complete required HHS training and comply with applicable program requirements.
FAC-C Level II or III certification is preferred.
Experience supporting HHS or other health-related federal agencies is preferred.
Familiarity with CPARS, SharePoint, acquisition dashboards, and related federal procurement tools is a plus.
