This is an opportunity to support and evolve enterprise-scale Windows endpoint environments within a global, multicultural technology organization.
The role focuses on the administration, security, automation, and lifecycle management of modern workplace technologies.
You will work extensively with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365.
Your expertise will help maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing endpoint environments for users across multiple regions.
You will investigate complex incidents, automate operational processes, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
The role involves close collaboration with service desk, security, infrastructure, application, and external vendor teams.
You will also contribute to Windows 11 readiness, device lifecycle initiatives, and the ongoing modernization of the digital workplace.

Provide advanced third- and fourth-level technical support for Windows, Microsoft Intune, and MECM/SCCM environments.
Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint devices and configurations through Microsoft Intune.
Manage configuration and compliance policies, device targeting, reporting, and advanced troubleshooting.
Manage Windows Autopilot processes, including device registration, deployment profiles, pre-provisioning, and build validation.
Administer Microsoft Configuration Manager environments, including clients, deployments, collections, and content distribution.
Package, test, and deploy applications through Intune and MECM, including Win32 Apps, MSI/MSIX, and PSAppDeploy.
Develop and use PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, reporting, and operational support.
Plan, execute, and monitor Windows and application update and patching processes.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents through advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Work within Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
Support endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security at scale.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and external suppliers.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
Contribute to endpoint automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support device lifecycle management, Windows 11 preparation, and initiatives designed to improve the end-user experience.

Requirements

Practical experience administering and supporting Microsoft Intune and/or MECM/SCCM in enterprise environments.
Strong experience troubleshooting Windows endpoints, including operating systems, drivers, connectivity, authentication, performance, and application deployment.
Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning and deployment processes.
Experience packaging and distributing applications through Intune and/or MECM.
Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation, troubleshooting, remediation, and operational support.
Experience managing Windows updates and patching processes.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Group Policy, and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of endpoint security technologies and practices, including BitLocker, security baselines, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Experience deploying, updating, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Apps.
Experience working with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop permanent solutions for recurring technical issues.
Strong technical documentation and runbook-writing skills.
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint, Modern Desktop, or related technologies are a plus.
ITIL certification or knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, workflow automation, APIs, Log Analytics, and KQL is advantageous.
Experience with Nexthink, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, or similar endpoint management and monitoring technologies is advantageous.
Experience working with Microsoft, hardware manufacturers, and third-party technology providers is a plus.
Knowledge of global endpoint lifecycle management and Windows 11 migration or preparation processes is desirable.
