This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on building and supporting enterprise applications and integrations.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Build reusable, responsive, and accessible React components and user workflows.
Develop and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
Design and implement integrations between internal applications and external vendor platforms.
Develop chatbot interfaces within React applications, including message streams, interaction flows, response rendering, input validation, and real-time backend connectivity.
Help deliver intuitive conversational user experiences while maintaining performance, accessibility, security, and reliability.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure or AWS.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with architecture and platform teams on security, performance, monitoring, and operational requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Maintain high engineering standards through unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and attention to maintainability and performance.
Participate in technical design and architecture discussions and take partial ownership of technical solutions.
Explore opportunities to incorporate AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Python, particularly for APIs and microservices.
Production experience building chatbot user interfaces and conversational application features.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development principles.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DocumentDB.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
Experience with Azure preferred; AWS experience is also applicable.
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, governance, and operational best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to work effectively on complex technical challenges.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a large enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or Event Hubs is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Fabric, or related cloud and DevOps tooling is advantageous.
Exposure to LLM integration, conversational AI, or services such as Azure OpenAI is a plus.
Ability to meet applicable background investigation requirements.
A dedicated, private home workspace and reliable internet connection are required for remote work; the stated minimum internet requirements are 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
