Junior Developer (Finance Systems)

This is an early-career opportunity to build practical software development and systems integration experience within a financial systems consulting environment.
You will work alongside experienced developers, consultants, project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders on technology solutions supporting law firm operations.
The role combines software development, customization, integrations, database technologies, testing, troubleshooting, and application support.
You will gain hands-on exposure to financial and practice management platforms, with a primary focus on Elite 3E and related legal technology solutions.
The position offers structured learning through senior guidance, project participation, training, and real-world technical challenges.
You will contribute to client projects while developing your ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and work with modern development and integration tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Equivalent education, internships, academic projects, or relevant technical training will also be considered.
• 0–2 years of software development experience, including internship, co-op, academic project, or entry-level experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft development technologies or object-oriented programming concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, or systems integration concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of C# or another object-oriented programming language, .NET Framework or .NET Core, REST APIs, JSON, XML, Git, or Power Automate is valuable.
• Exposure to Elite 3E or other legal technology platforms, reporting tools, cloud technologies, or software testing methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to working with colleagues and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills, together with a genuine willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced consulting setting and adapting to new technologies and requirements.
• Willingness to work directly with clients when needed and travel occasionally as required.
