This is a client-facing consulting role focused on helping asset and wealth managers implement front-office technology that supports their trading and portfolio management operations.
You’ll own implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live, translating complex client workflows into effective system configurations.
The role combines investment management expertise, consulting, configuration, troubleshooting, and project ownership.
You’ll work closely with traders, portfolio managers, client stakeholders, sales, delivery teams, and product specialists.
The environment is fast-moving and evolving, requiring curiosity, adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.
You’ll also contribute to team knowledge-sharing and help turn client feedback into meaningful product improvements.
Over time, you’ll develop toward independently owning full implementation lifecycles and becoming a trusted resource for front-office workflows.

  • Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from client discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

  • Configure client environments by translating trading, portfolio management, and other front-office workflows into appropriate system setup.

  • Work directly with clients to understand their operating models, uncover workflow requirements, and provide clear guidance and education.

  • Partner with sales and delivery teams on active pipeline opportunities, including smaller and fast-turnaround engagements.

  • Troubleshoot time-sensitive implementation and go-live issues, resolving problems independently when possible and escalating appropriately when necessary.

  • Maintain strong ownership of project deliverables and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Capture client feedback, including challenging feedback, and communicate relevant insights constructively to product teams.

  • Share project knowledge, implementation learnings, and workflow expertise with colleagues to strengthen team capabilities and reduce knowledge silos.

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes, configuration practices, and client delivery.

  • Develop toward full ownership of the project lifecycle, becoming a capable and independent resource across front-office workflows and system functionality.
