As a Manager, Airline Partnerships, you will own and grow a portfolio of airline relationships across the Americas, with a particular focus on South America. You will lead commercial negotiations, strengthen supplier partnerships, and secure competitive content and agreements that improve traveler choice and business performance. The role combines relationship management, financial analysis, and strategic planning, giving you significant autonomy over your partner portfolio. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to bring stronger airline content and experiences to customers. You will also translate performance data and industry trends into actionable recommendations for senior leaders and airline partners. This is an opportunity to directly influence airline strategy, revenue growth, and the quality of the booking experience in a fast-moving travel technology environment.

  • Evaluate, negotiate, and renew airline agreements covering incentives, content access, commercial terms, and marketing opportunities.
  • Own revenue forecasts, monitor incentive attainment and partner commitments, and track booking trends and profitability against commercial goals.
  • Identify performance gaps early and develop action plans to meet or exceed revenue and partnership objectives.
  • Analyze deal economics and model commercial scenarios, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and airline partners.
  • Partner with suppliers, Product, Engineering, and Operations to expand access to competitive fares and relevant airline content across multiple distribution channels.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders on partner initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with relevant airline updates and help resolve issues that could affect partnership performance.
  • Represent the organization at partner meetings and industry events, building relationships and bringing insights on airline retailing, distribution trends, and emerging risks back to the team.
