The Operations Associate will play a highly visible role supporting strategic initiatives, business planning, account reviews, and operational priorities. You’ll coordinate across teams, keep critical actions moving, and help ensure commitments are delivered accurately and on time.   • Prepare for and participate in meetings, document key decisions and action items, circulate follow-ups, and ensure commitments are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Support strategic projects, business planning activities, account reviews, and other high-impact initiatives across the organization.
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple teams, schedules, and time zones to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
  • Work closely with colleagues at all levels, maintaining flexibility, professionalism, positivity, and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
  • Identify opportunities to add value beyond core responsibilities and take ownership of initiatives aligned with business needs and personal areas of expertise.
  • Review and contribute to process documentation, helping establish clear and efficient operating procedures.
  • Support monitoring of internal and external service-level agreements and help ensure commitments are consistently met.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend or implement process improvements that increase cross-functional efficiency.
  • Manage time-sensitive priorities while adapting quickly as business requirements and organizational needs change.
  • Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced technology company or similarly dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing time-sensitive tasks and coordinating multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience using internal business tools and contributing to the streamlining or optimization of operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve cross-functional efficiency through process documentation, workflow improvements, or operational initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute effectively in an evolving environment.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset and the confidence to identify opportunities for improvement and drive practical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across functions and communicating with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • CII industry qualification or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment; the position is not available to candidates residing in California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States.
