This role provides organizational development expertise to health and human services clients navigating transformation, organizational change, and evolving business needs.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping organizations align their people, structures, capabilities, and culture with strategic objectives.
The position combines strategic consulting with hands-on implementation across change management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organization design.
You will facilitate groups, analyze organizational effectiveness, and develop practical solutions that support sustainable transformation.
The role also involves designing learning initiatives, career frameworks, talent strategies, and culture-focused action plans.
You will work comfortably across both strategic and tactical priorities while guiding clients and internal teams through ambiguity and complex change.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel, including potential support for clients in Guam and future engagements requiring up to 50% travel.
- Provide organizational development consulting services that help clients align their organizations, workforce, and capabilities with business strategies and transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, clients, and internal project teams, providing guidance throughout organizational transformation efforts.
- Facilitate group discussions and workshops that build consensus, establish shared visions, and translate outcomes into actionable plans and supporting documentation.
- Conduct organizational analyses using effectiveness analytics, diagnostic tools, and multi-dimensional assessment approaches to identify organizational opportunities and challenges.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, learning initiatives, and practical application strategies for leaders and employees.
- Develop and facilitate organizational change management strategies that effectively engage stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives.
- Design, deliver, and coach talent development strategies and materials supporting workforce capabilities, teams, leaders, and executives.
- Develop job family models, career paths, and career mobility frameworks to strengthen workforce development and organizational effectiveness.
- Assess organizational culture and partner with clients to create, implement, monitor, and measure targeted action plans.
- Support clients and internal teams through process changes, system implementations, operational readiness initiatives, and other transformation programs.
- Balance strategic design responsibilities with tactical implementation and execution across multiple client engagements.
- Support client needs across varying schedules and time zones, including Guam-based engagements as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Organization Development, Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing organizational development approaches to prepare organizations for process changes, transformation, and system implementations.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning, succession planning, high-potential development, leadership development, organization design, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
- Strong experience assessing organizations through multi-dimensional analysis, solution design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Organizational Change Management, operational readiness training, and organizational communications.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty while maintaining structured thinking, organization, and clear communication.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with senior executives and lead diverse groups.
- Ability to move effectively between strategic consulting, solution design, and hands-on tactical implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
- Willingness to support Guam-based clients, including availability from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday in Chamorro Standard Time when required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Guam and potentially up to 50% for future client engagements.
