Help make compassionate, personalized cancer care accessible to more patients through thoughtful, results-driven marketing. As Patient Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of multichannel campaigns that educate prospective patients, build trust, and drive enrollment. You’ll turn complex healthcare messaging into clear, engaging content tailored to patients and providers across email, SMS, print, direct mail, and digital channels. Working closely with enrollment, clinical, and operational teams, you’ll equip frontline staff with the communications they need to connect with prospective patients. Through testing, analytics, and creative problem-solving, you’ll continually improve campaign performance and the patient journey. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to improving the cancer care experience.

  • Patient acquisition and engagement strategy: Develop and contribute fresh ideas for reaching prospective patients, explaining available care services, improving engagement, and increasing enrollment.

  • Multichannel campaign execution: Build and deploy coordinated campaigns across email, SMS, brochures, print collateral, direct mail, digital channels, and out-of-home placements where appropriate.

  • Content development and copywriting: Independently write compelling, on-brand patient- and provider-facing materials, including emails, text messages, landing pages, brochures, scripts, and other enrollment collateral.

  • Enrollment team enablement: Partner closely with enrollment colleagues to provide effective messaging, campaign materials, and resources that support their daily outreach and help convert prospective patients into enrolled members.

  • Campaign planning and operations: Own the patient marketing calendar and coordinate the scheduling, production, and deployment of communications across channels and platforms.

  • Marketing technology and personalization: Use marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to build targeted, segmented, personalized communications, ensuring messages reach the right audiences at the right time.

  • Testing and performance optimization: Design and run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, monitor engagement and conversion metrics, and apply findings to improve enrollment outcomes.

  • Patient journey insights: Use data to tailor messaging to different stages of the prospective patient journey and identify opportunities to improve the overall enrollment experience.

  • Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure patient communications follow applicable consent and healthcare communication requirements, including HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Process development and delivery: Establish repeatable workflows for producing and launching campaigns, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
