This remote role offers an opportunity to support a fast-paced, global talent acquisition operation while developing hands-on recruitment expertise. You will contribute to candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, and pipeline management. The position is designed for someone who already has recruitment or talent acquisition experience and enjoys working in a high-output environment. You will communicate with candidates across professional platforms and help maintain accurate recruitment tracking. The role also provides exposure to the crypto and Web3 sector, along with opportunities to learn from an international team. Strong performance can lead to increased earnings and potential progression into a full-time talent acquisition position.

• Proven professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.

• Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
