Product Manager, Agent

This role offers the opportunity to shape the experience of an AI-powered agent built for modern marketers. You will own a defined part of the product experience and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer experience, and other product teams. Your focus will be on making the agent helpful, competitive, intuitive, and deeply integrated across the broader platform. You will use customer insights, behavioral data, and experimentation to identify friction and improve activation, retention, and monetization. The position combines strategic product ownership with hands-on discovery and delivery in a highly collaborative environment. It is well suited to a product leader who is curious about AI, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by measurable customer outcomes.

Collaborate with other Product Managers and engineering squads to ensure the agent integrates effectively with the different areas of the broader platform.

Identify customer friction and opportunities for improvement through behavioral data, experimentation, qualitative insights, and direct understanding of customer needs.

Define, monitor, and optimize success metrics related to customer activation, retention, engagement, and monetization.

Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Design teams to create a consistent and effective customer experience across relevant touchpoints.

Work with Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that create measurable customer value.

Establish clear priorities, communicate product strategy and progress, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.

Use experimentation and evidence-based decision-making to validate product ideas, learn quickly, and continuously improve the agent experience.

Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a SaaS environment and with some experience managing or developing agentic or AI-powered product experiences.

Demonstrate practical experience using or developing AI-powered tools within your product development workflow.

Have a proven track record of improving activation, retention, engagement, or other meaningful product performance metrics.

Possess strong analytical and experimentation skills, combining a data-driven approach with the ability to make effective decisions in ambiguous situations.

Have experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design, and other cross-functional teams.

Be a clear and effective communicator who can simplify complex problems, explain trade-offs, establish priorities, and drive alignment.

Demonstrate strong customer empathy and genuine curiosity about the behaviors, needs, and challenges that influence customer success.

Be comfortable taking ownership, working autonomously, and knowing when to seek input or support from colleagues.

Thrive in a remote, asynchronous-first environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills, written communication, and self-direction.

Experience working with AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-first products is highly valuable.
