As a Product Specialist, you will help customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of an AI-powered clinical research platform. You’ll translate customer requirements into tailored product configurations, workflows, and solutions that support complex life sciences use cases. The role combines product expertise, customer success, consulting, project coordination, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers throughout implementation, from understanding their needs and configuring solutions to training users and supporting them after launch. You’ll also contribute to pre-sales activities, product enhancements, reporting, and the deployment of new features. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, software, and life sciences in a fast-moving, internationally focused environment.

Configure and tailor applications to meet customer requirements, including workflows, document types, AI prompts, style guides, and customer-specific formats.
Manage and coordinate customer projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.
Train customers, users, and administrators on product functionality and best practices.
Provide post-go-live administrative and product support across multiple client accounts.
Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer business needs, demonstrating product solutions virtually or at industry conferences, and contributing to solution proposals.
Analyze and support the deployment of new product features, helping customers benefit from ongoing product improvements.
Maintain production and sandbox environments and help ensure they remain properly configured and operational.
Create recurring and ad hoc customer reports to support operational needs and informed decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback and requirements into practical product solutions.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in product specialist, customer success, consulting, software implementation, or a closely related role.
Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions; experience with clinical research, drug development, or regulatory submission software is highly desirable.
Ability to quickly understand customer requirements, identify challenges, and articulate suitable product or solution options.
Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to understand needs, manage expectations, and build productive relationships.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and switch effectively between tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences drug development process is a plus.
Knowledge of life sciences compliance and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
