Professional Services Network Expert

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on architecture, design, implementation, and migration of large-scale service provider networks.
You will work across complex core, edge, access, and aggregation environments, supporting customers through major network deployments and transformations.
The role combines deep hands-on networking expertise with consulting, solution design, troubleshooting, and delivery leadership.
You will collaborate with customers, project managers, sales, engineering, and technical teams across multiple regions.
You will contribute to network performance, scalability, security, reliability, and serviceability while helping customers adopt new technologies and capabilities.
The position also provides opportunities to lead larger delivery teams, conduct knowledge-transfer sessions, and influence network best practices.
The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working from an office on average two days per week, alongside remote and customer-facing work.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in technical consulting, network design, implementation, migration, and customer-facing delivery, preferably within the telecommunications or service provider sector.

• Strong experience supporting large-scale service provider networks and mobile backhaul solutions.

• Deep hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, IPsec, traffic engineering, IGP, BGP, and Internet peering or exchanges.

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, RSVP, LDP, QoS, and IPv4/IPv6.

• Practical understanding of service provider environments, with enterprise and data-center networking knowledge considered an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Linux servers and network services such as DHCP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, DNS, and NTP.

• Strong consulting, planning, problem-solving, and project-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working with Juniper networking equipment is an advantage.

• Advanced service provider technology knowledge, including NG-MVPN, CGNAT/BNG, and Segment Routing, is preferred.

• Scripting experience with Perl, Python, Unix, or similar technologies is an advantage.

• Relevant certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
