This role joins a Commercial Finance team supporting strategic pricing, profitability, and commercial decision-making across a global organization. You will develop sophisticated financial models and evaluate business opportunities, renewals, and pricing initiatives. The position partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will help identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, margins, and overall commercial performance. The role offers high visibility and exposure to diverse business functions and geographies. It is well suited to an analytical, commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.

Develop financial models and pricing analyses for new business opportunities, contract renewals, pricing initiatives, and commercial programs, assessing financial performance and profitability.
Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand operational drivers, client needs, costs, and profitability considerations.
Analyze client, service, and business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support revenue growth and margin improvement.
Support pricing strategy through scenario modeling, financial analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations.
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for pricing performance, profitability initiatives, and key commercial metrics.
Monitor financial and operational trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leadership.
Track pricing and profitability initiatives from approval through implementation and realized financial impact.
Improve Commercial Finance processes, reporting capabilities, analytical tools, and workflows.
Build effective relationships across global Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
Support system implementations, reporting enhancements, process improvement initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and special projects led by senior leadership.
Travel may occasionally be required, generally less than 5%.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or another quantitative discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Consulting, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience supporting pricing decisions, profitability analysis, financial modeling, or commercial decision-making.
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, profitability, revenue management, cost structures, and business decision-making.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using reporting, planning, or business intelligence platforms preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to investigate underlying business drivers and challenge assumptions.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse functions, geographies, and cultures.
A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive, action-oriented approach to solving business challenges.
