Develop, own, and execute product and service strategies, translating broader organizational objectives into actionable plans for the relevant business areas and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify evolving customer and market requirements for current and future offerings.

Source and evaluate concepts for new products and services while identifying opportunities to enhance existing offerings.

Assess the feasibility of proposed concepts and define appropriate product specifications and development requirements.

Own and manage product lifecycle roadmaps, including ongoing evolution, enhancements, new features, and product retirement decisions.

Identify, assess, and manage the suitability of vendors, partners, alliances, and suppliers supporting the portfolio.

Establish and maintain product-pricing models while contributing to promotional strategies and appropriate sales and distribution channels.

Gather, prioritize, and synthesize customer and product requirements to shape product vision and identify growth opportunities.

Partner with marketing teams on client, competitor, and market analysis to strengthen positioning and commercial relevance.

Develop and deliver product training and communications for client-facing teams and internal stakeholders.

Educate sales and other relevant teams on new and enhanced offerings to support sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Lead the implementation of new products or product lines and ensure their continued evolution in response to market, technology, and customer needs.

Apply strategic and critical thinking to product decisions, balancing customer value, commercial objectives, technical capabilities, and portfolio sustainability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Significant experience in product or service management, preferably within a global technology services organization.

Strong experience in the technology industry, with a demonstrated track record of managing the implementation of new products or product lines.

Extensive knowledge of market segments, product portfolio categories, product lifecycles, and technology solutions.

Strong understanding of product management methodologies, disciplines, tools, and best practices.

Sound financial awareness and commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate opportunities from both strategic and business perspectives.

Strong strategic thinking, critical analysis, problem-solving, and solution-development capabilities.

Strong understanding of product functionality, capabilities, and the technologies underpinning relevant offerings.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in presentations and public speaking.

Proven people management, coaching, and stakeholder leadership capabilities.

Understanding of organizational transformation and change-management programs.

Ability to manage ambiguity, evaluate complex information, and make informed portfolio and product decisions.

Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile or ITIL are advantageous.
