Senior Software Developer (Golang/Terraform)

This senior engineering role focuses on building scalable backend services and reliable cloud infrastructure using Golang and Terraform.
You will design APIs, microservices, automation tools, integrations, and reusable infrastructure-as-code solutions that solve complex business and technical challenges.
The role combines hands-on software development with cloud automation, infrastructure reliability, security, and continuous optimization.

• Strong hands-on software development experience with Golang, including backend services and scalable application development.
• Practical experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, automation, cloud infrastructure, deployment practices, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable engineering solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with architects, DevOps, security, and software engineering teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across application, infrastructure, and production environments.
• A consultative mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to clients’ long-term business goals and expectations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance software development workflows, or a strong willingness to experiment with, learn, and champion AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification is highly preferred, with the potential to obtain certification through the role.
• Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle and experience overseeing the execution of technical deliverables.
