Senior Software Developer - Real-Time Processing Platform

This role focuses on building and evolving mission-critical services for real-time event enrichment, detection, correlation, stream processing, and pipeline orchestration.
You will work on distributed systems operating at massive scale, processing and analyzing trillions of events per day in near real time.
The position offers the opportunity to solve complex challenges involving scalability, reliability, performance, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
You will contribute to foundational cloud-native platforms that directly support security detection and analytics capabilities.
Working alongside threat researchers, detection engineers, and security specialists, you will help transform sophisticated detection logic into scalable production systems.

• 5–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating complex distributed systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of real-time data processing architectures and high-throughput systems.
• Experience delivering production-grade systems end-to-end and leading complex technical initiatives independently.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
• Experience building and deploying services in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with containerized technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with microservices architectures and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with event-streaming and messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Spark, Redpanda, RabbitMQ, or SQS is an asset.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, observability, telemetry, or other data-intensive platforms is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing high-quality software at extreme scale.
• Interest in working at the intersection of large-scale data systems and cybersecurity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to participate in remote video interviews with the camera on, with appropriate accommodations available for technical, bandwidth, or accessibility challenges.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and follow applicable information security policies and requirements.
