As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead complex platform implementations from initial requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
You’ll serve as a hands-on technical owner, combining solution design and platform development with delivery leadership.
The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, with a strong focus on HRSD.
You’ll work directly with stakeholders and project teams to design effective workflows, integrations, data structures, and platform configurations.
Your expertise will help ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices and deliver long-term value.
You’ll also contribute to project planning, risk management, knowledge sharing, and the development of junior consultants.

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
Serve as the hands-on technical owner for implementations, balancing delivery leadership with platform development and configuration.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using established best practices across workflows, business rules, integrations, and data models.
Partner directly with business stakeholders and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Support implementations across ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and custom applications.
Provide technical guidance on platform architecture, data structures, integrations, and solution design.
Contribute to project planning, delivery timelines, risk identification, and mitigation activities.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards for performance, scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform health.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical and delivery best practices across projects.
Maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout implementation activities.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, development, and integrations.
Demonstrated ServiceNow HRSD experience.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred; certification in any module is considered relevant.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, data structures, and integration patterns.
Ability to take ownership of technical delivery while collaborating effectively with business and project stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in client-facing and cross-functional environments.
