Serve as a lead resource supporting a mature, solution-oriented client throughout the engagement.

Communicate clearly and proactively with client stakeholders, ensuring expectations, requirements, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned.

Coordinate activities across stakeholders and maintain strong organization throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining consistent quality and follow-through.

Participate in key workshops, testing activities, and other critical project sessions, including occasional travel to Seattle.

Work primarily within the client’s Pacific Time Zone schedule and maintain reliable availability for relevant meetings and project activities.

Analyze business and technical challenges, think creatively, and propose practical solutions rather than simply identifying problems.

Support client discussions by translating requirements and challenges into actionable next steps.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience working in a lead-level role within Salesforce or a closely related technology environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with sophisticated client stakeholders.
