This role combines hands-on software development with direct client engagement to deliver tailored technical solutions. You will build highly branded, responsive websites and develop integrations that extend the capabilities of a SaaS platform. Working across front-end technologies, APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems, you will turn client requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. You will advise clients on technical feasibility, architecture, risks, and implementation approaches. The position offers a collaborative, client-focused environment where design quality, technical excellence, and reliable delivery are equally important. You will also have opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to improve development workflows while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Develop responsive and accessible front-end solutions using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
Build and customize highly branded client websites, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, brand consistency, strong usability, and attention to visual detail.
Design, build, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware to connect the platform with third-party systems such as CRMs, payment platforms, SSO solutions, and marketing automation tools.
Work directly with API documentation to scope, architect, implement, and troubleshoot integrations across different platforms and authentication methods, including OAuth, API keys, and tokens.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, map data models, customize functionality, and translate needs into clear technical solutions.
Assess technical feasibility, estimate development effort, and identify dependencies, risks, and potential implementation challenges before work begins.
Write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive technical documentation covering websites, integrations, custom functionality, and delivered solutions.
Use Git and version-control best practices while testing, debugging, and validating front-end builds, API calls, webhook events, and other technical components.
Serve as a technical advisor during client meetings, communicating complex technical concepts clearly and helping clients make informed decisions.
Provide training and guidance to clients on custom-developed websites, integrations, and functionality.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations while ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tools, and software customization, using emerging technologies to increase efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements

5+ years of professional web development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
Proven experience owning the development and delivery of branded websites, software integrations, and other custom technical solutions.
Proficiency with at least one modern JavaScript framework or language, such as Vue.js, React, or TypeScript.
Strong understanding of core web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and web performance best practices.
Demonstrated experience building scalable integrations using APIs and webhooks to support reliable data exchange and platform functionality.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand business goals, define requirements, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Ability to balance technical execution with strong design and UX sensibility, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to polished, pixel-perfect results.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, combined with a proactive and client-first mindset.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, testing, or QA workflows while maintaining technical quality and attention to detail.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of projects from initial requirements through development, testing, deployment, and handover.
