Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of a broad portfolio of large and complex client projects across North America.

Maintain accountability for project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, margins, and resource utilization while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Lead and develop senior project management professionals, providing coaching, performance guidance, career development, staffing support, and succession planning.

Serve as an executive-level contact for strategic clients, addressing escalations, strengthening relationships, and supporting long-term client satisfaction.

Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other functions to align delivery strategies with commercial commitments and organizational objectives.

Collaborate with the PMO to strengthen project governance, delivery standards, reporting practices, tools, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor portfolio-level KPIs and financial performance, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes and client relationships.

Support commercial negotiations and contract adherence while maintaining strong oversight of project controls and financial management.

Drive lessons learned, capacity planning, and operational improvements that strengthen the consistency and scalability of project delivery.
Requirements

12+ years of progressive experience in project management and delivery leadership, with demonstrated responsibility for increasingly complex portfolios.

5+ years of experience leading senior project professionals such as Program Executives, Project Directors, or comparable leaders.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; a master’s degree such as an MBA or MPM is preferred.

PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.

Demonstrated success managing large, complex, client-facing project portfolios with accountability for delivery, financial performance, risk, and quality.

Strong knowledge of PMI standards, project controls, financial management, delivery governance, and portfolio-level decision-making.

Proven executive leadership and talent-development capabilities, with the ability to build accountable, high-performing teams.

Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, PMO, and other functions.

High resilience and adaptability, with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced and complex environments.

A continuous-improvement mindset combined with strong operational rigor and attention to detail.

Experience in engineering, automation, supply chain consulting, professional services, systems integration, or technology-driven project environments is preferred.

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models is a plus.
