The role combines strategic planning, campaign development, content creation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll work closely with Commercial Lines product, sales, and platform leaders to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable action.
A key focus will be supporting agents without dedicated Commercial Lines sales resources through broad-reach and virtual engagement models.

  • Partner with Commercial Lines product, sales, and platform leadership to identify opportunities that can improve production, profitability, and agent engagement.

  • Plan, build, deploy, measure, and continuously refine scalable campaigns designed to increase product awareness and support earlier, more profitable growth.

  • Own account development strategies focused on approximately 60% of agents who do not have a dedicated Commercial Lines sales representative.

  • Design and manage repeatable processes and off-the-shelf programming that apply insights from broad-reach campaigns to phone- and field-based account development.

  • Support Sales Enablement teams as a Commercial Lines product and sales subject-matter expert.

  • Create, maintain, and manage agent-facing tools and resources, including presentations, job aids, videos, collateral, webinars, sales call-in-a-box materials, and email or campaign templates.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across corporate, regional, and local teams and communicate strategy and results effectively to executive audiences.

  • Analyze multiple sources of data to identify opportunities, design and evaluate tests, measure impact, and refine strategies based on results.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, strengthen the agent experience, and increase the effectiveness of account development activities.
