We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and strengthen recruitment operations across the United States within a global technology and IT services environment. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists while developing strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.
