This role offers the opportunity to shape talent acquisition across a fast-paced, SaaS-focused organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs. From proactive sourcing and candidate assessment to offers and onboarding, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. You will use talent data and market insights to build strong pipelines and support informed hiring decisions. The role also provides an opportunity to improve recruiting processes, support fellow recruiters, and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives within a collaborative, remote environment.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with current and future organizational needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer management, and hiring coordination.
- Act as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team priorities, talent requirements, and longer-term workforce goals.
- Use internal performance data and external talent market insights to advise leaders and develop robust candidate pipelines.
- Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, providing guidance on recruiting strategies, sourcing approaches, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices.
- Analyze complex recruiting challenges, develop practical recommendations, and apply a structured problem-solving approach.
- Provide support and training to members of the recruiting team to help ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently and effectively.
- Manage and track job approval workflows, ensuring timely progression and clear communication between stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes and participate in or lead initiatives designed to increase recruiting effectiveness.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally covering both technical and non-technical positions within a small to mid-sized SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, interviewing techniques, and recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate complex situations and develop sound recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Consistent ability to meet or exceed recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other modern recruiting technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
- Proactive, business-minded approach with the ability to align recruiting initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Experience identifying and contributing to or leading talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when working with senior and executive leadership.
