Field Support Technician

• →Operate and maintain PA and Security intrusion systems.
• →Conduct duties as call sign managers.
• →Perform PA and Security Intrusion system component maintenance and repair and ensure all are intrinsically safe.
• →Submit requirements for new or additional LMR components to the government via CIPS.

• Experience with the use of equipment (to include specialized test equipment), materials, diagnostics, programming software, and any other items and services needed to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, installation, and removal of PA and SIS systems, components, and subscriber equipment.
• Must have good working knowledge of hand and power tools and test equipment, i.e., oscilloscope, multimeter.
• Must be comfortable working with and on electronics.
• Familiar with the use of DPAS to manage and account for LMR components using DPAS.

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

SALARY RANGE:

Salary Minimum: $70,350Salary Maximum: $80,000
