Lead FP&A Analyst

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead critical budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated financial initiatives, strengthen enterprise planning capabilities, and deliver insights that support long-term growth and business performance.

• →Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational strategy, financial targets, and operational plans
• →Lead the administration and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates, reporting capabilities, system optimization, and data integrity
• →Partner with senior leaders to drive performance, inform key decisions, and align financial targets with business strategy
• →Develop executive-level financial reporting and presentations, including monthly and quarterly packages and Board of Directors materials
• →Deliver advanced financial analysis supporting organic growth planning, probability analysis, performance forecasting, and scenario modeling
• →Identify financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities while translating findings into actionable recommendations
• →Lead financial planning and reporting process improvements that increase efficiency, standardization, and financial visibility across the organization
• →Support corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, and other high-impact initiatives that contribute to long-term growth
• →Serve as a key Finance liaison to senior leadership, communicating complex financial information clearly across financial and non-financial audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis required
• Demonstrated success leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes within a complex organization
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning required, including Insights, planning models, and reporting capabilities
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to convert large volumes of data into clear insights
• Strong understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators, and operational drivers within a service-based business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex financial concepts accessible to non-financial audiences
• A high level of accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred

• Lead high-impact financial planning initiatives that directly inform organizational strategy and executive decision-making
• Own and enhance enterprise planning tools, models, and reporting processes that strengthen financial performance
• Expand your influence through informal leadership, process improvement, and organization-wide capability building

$120,000 - $130,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
