Attorney, Personal Injury

• →Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation, from intake to resolution
• →Draft and review pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery responses
• →Direct and monitor the probate process in coordination with docket managers
• →Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and case-related documentation
• →Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, explain processes, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
• →Collaborate with co-counsel, opposing counsel, and other law firms involved in litigation
• →Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed
• →Contribute to process improvements by following and refining documented procedures
• →Provide assistance with overflow tasks and special projects as required

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Tennessee State Bar membership required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or probate; mass tort or probate experience a plus
• Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, and mediations preferred
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PACER and Excel experience helpful
