Senior Program Analyst

• →Gain a robust knowledge of our cultures and practices, and lead coordination for high-level events for the Division and industry partners.
• →Execute coordination efforts between the Branch Head, SESs, staff, and industry partners, develop program updates, and reporting materials as needed on behalf of the Missile Branch.
• →Create internal program status reports on behalf of the branch.
• →Assist in creating, reviewing, and editing instructions, meeting minutes, memorandums, formal letters, program briefings, and other documentation.
• →Facilitate and organize weekly branch meetings, draft and edit presentations, and provide status updates to branch leadership.

🧠What You Bring to the Table

• →A bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• →15+ years of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence.
• →An active DoD Secret clearance, or a previously active clearance held within the past two years and still in good standing.
• →Skills: Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• →Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%
