We're looking for a Chief Compliance Officer who thrives at the intersection of law, ethics, and business strategy, and who is ready to build and lead a compliance culture that protects our organization while enabling growth. Location: Guaynabo, PR | Full-time | On-site What you'll do Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and programs Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for the business Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure program effectiveness and identify gaps before they become issues Lead investigations into misconduct or policy breaches with fairness and rigor, driving corrective actions that prevent recurrence Train and guide employees at all levels, making compliance accessible and relevant across the organization Build trusted relationships with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to navigate compliance challenges collaboratively Prepare and present clear, data-driven compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks in compliance and ethics Requirements What you bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; JD or MBA strongly preferred Proven experience in a compliance leadership role, preferably in Wealth Management or financial services Deep knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance standards Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and build preventive frameworks Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills — able to influence from the floor to the boardroom Series 65 licensure is a plus Benefits Starting at $90,000/year (depending on level of experience), plus a competitive benefits package.
