Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Liaison to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-suit personal injury and litigation, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong foundational understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures.
- Prepare Ante Litem notices for attorney review.
- Review and refer approved litigation referrals.
- Request probate and medical payment checks.
- Mail probate documents to the appropriate court.
- Assist with handling bankruptcy notices.
- Notate each account during review.
- Provide case updates to providers.
- Maintain and update all litigation reports daily.
- Read and understand insurance policies and police reports.
- Access pleadings electronically through state and federal courts.
- Respond to all emails and phone calls promptly.
- Manage communication between attorneys and clients.
- Prepare attorney liens.
- Maintain client relationships and keep clients updated on case progress.
- Calculate and provide case expenses.
- Obtain additional information as needed to ensure comprehensive documentation; organize, analyze, and summarize documentation.
- Accurately prepare and mail spoliation, no contact, and withdrawal letters.
- Review and verify all referral checks
- Handle any miscellaneous task assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Paralegal Certificate is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal required.
- Strong foundational understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Needles and Littify software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to excel as a team player on a daily basis & foster positive relationships between all departments and team members.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter.
- Able to work under pressure with competing demands requiring ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and time.
