Responsibilities

→Supervise and lead a team of inventory operators, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
→Oversee receiving, storing, counting, and tracking of inventory levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes.
→Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
→Train and mentor inventory operators on procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
→Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
→Monitor inventory levels and stock movements, updating records and generating KPI reports.
→Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to manage inbound shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies.
→Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
→Prepare and present regular reports on inventory performance to senior management.

Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and related tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have NYSC certificate or possess a valid exemption letter
Candidate must be based in Abuja.
