Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store employees.
- →Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- →Follow up on sales goals and KPIs through coaching and guiding store employees to achieve their best.
- →Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- →Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- →Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc.
- →Conduct annual performance appraisals to assess training needs.
- →Deal with all issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- →Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of English in both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus.
