Outlet Manager - Playspace

To provide support in PlaySpace, We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager with 4 years of experience in managing games centers or entertainment venues with F&B background to oversee the operations of our multi-activity facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse gaming and entertainment offerings such as bowling, billiards, table games, VR games, and karaoke. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests while driving business growth.

• → Oversee the daily operations of the games center, including bowling lanes, billiards, table games, VR zones, and karaoke areas.

• →Ensure all gaming equipment, facilities, and technology (e.g., VR headsets, karaoke systems) are functioning properly and maintained regularly.

• →Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and accessories.

• →Train and supervise staff, including game assistants, HSK and Bartenders.

• →Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• →Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• →Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

• →Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• →Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.

• →Plan and organize events, tournaments, leagues, and group activities (e.g., bowling leagues, VR gaming tournaments, karaoke nights).

• →Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and attract participants.

• →Ensure smooth execution of events and activities.

• →Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management.

• →Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Specific financial measures of performance:
• To be agreed at each appraisal
• Specific non-financial measures of performance:
• To be agreed on recruitment and at each appraisal.
• General measures of performance:
• As a senior member of the department, he/she is required to set the highest standards of performance both within his department and as an example for others outside his department.
• Frequency of appraisal:
• Performance to be appraised annually

• To be appraised by Go Kart & Games Manager.
