Westwood Administration - East

Responsibilities include performing daily administrative support for the operation of the division. Plans and schedules meetings and maintains calendars. Assists with developing presentations and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • →Assists in the daily operation of the office.
  • →Responds to requests for information from the internal and external sources.
  • →Works with management to evaluate need for office supplies for division/sections and purchasing of said supplies in a cost-effective manner with maintenance of books for office expenses.
  • →Prepares confidential correspondence, maintains calendar, reads and prioritizes division/section director's mail.
  • →Assists in timekeeping for division, support proofreading/editing manuscript documents, slide/poster presentations, internal department communications (newsletters, website etc.), prepare/publish call schedules.
  • →Coordinate divisional meetings including conferences, seminars and site visits.
  • →Coordinate renewals for licenses and records for department of medical education.
  • →Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

  • High School Graduate
